One of the largest financial service companies in the Netherlands wanted to move forward with increasing the energy efficiency of their datacenter operations. This was part of their already ambitious Green IT strategy. This project involved creating a baseline for a large part of their IT compute capacity.
A large financial service provider had the ambition to have their datacenters sustainable, energy efficient and cost effective. They wanted to be compliant to regulations and in the short term address the questions of the environmental service to share data their energy efficiency and have a plan in place how to improve. This should start with a measurement of the server idle coefficient.
